No Feed WordPress Plugin
Disable and remove all feeds from a WordPress install. It also disables outgoing pings for new posts. If you have no need for feed, you need No Feed.
Attachment Category Updater WordPress Plugin
Automatically update an attachment’s categories to match its parent post. There’s no configuration, just activate and start saving [posts].
One Search WPMU Plugin
Enables the default search box to search across all WPMU blogs. And as far as I know, this is the first solution that does not require cron jobs, hacking core files, or modifying your search template.
